By accessing or using Tiki's applications, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
Tiki provides queue management solutions through two primary applications: Tiki (for customers to join queues) and Tiki Business (for businesses to manage queues and customers).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Business subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to: (a) use our services for any illegal purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the services; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (d) harass or harm other users.
All content, features, and functionality are owned by TIA Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
